Bizpilot ("we", "us") is operated by Dream Int Consultancy and Services W.L.L (CR 205510), Building 72, Street 119, Zone 5, Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what we collect when businesses use Bizpilot at bizpilot.dreamithq.com, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email or phone, business name, and team members you invite.
- Connected channel data: when you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official login, we receive the page or account ID, its name and an access token, and the messages and comments sent to that page or account.
- Business knowledge: information you add for your AI agent (products, prices, FAQ, rules, documents), and public pages of your website if you connect it.
- Orders and invoices created in Bizpilot, and basic usage data (log-ins, feature use, errors).
How we use it
- To show your messages in one inbox, send the replies you or your AI agent write, and create orders, invoices and reports.
- To let the AI agent answer customers using only your business's own information.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and contact you about your account.
We do not sell personal data, we do not use your customers' messages for advertising, and we do not use your data to train AI models for anyone else.
AI processing
To draft or send a reply, the relevant conversation and your business knowledge are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) under terms that do not allow them to train on it. Replies are generated only for your workspace.
Meta platform data
Data received from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is used only to provide Bizpilot features to the business that connected it, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect a channel at any time in Settings, or remove Bizpilot in your Facebook settings under Business integrations.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Bizpilot (cloud hosting by Cloudflare, AI processing by Anthropic, email delivery), each bound to protect it, or when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. When you disconnect a channel or delete your account, related data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment records). See Data deletion.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by writing to [email protected].
Children
Bizpilot is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and, for important changes, tell account owners by email.
